   I've raised over €70 million, led teams of more than 150 people, and supported hundreds of founders in critical moments.

   But I've also rewritten business plans at 2 AM.

   I've made costly hiring mistakes.

   I've pivoted under pressure. I've seen 80% annual growth fracture entire teams.

   And one day, I understood:

   Most of these struggles were avoidable.

   I had missed something so obvious it was almost absurd:

   The best decisions come from experience. The worst, from isolation.

   So I wanted to create what I was missing.
