AI Notice

Effective July 4, 2026
EMBER Origin SAS
Art.1

What is this notice for?

This notice describes the artificial intelligence systems used by the Ember platform, published by EMBER ORIGIN SAS, as well as their purposes, their limitations and the points you should keep in mind. It supplements the terms of use (ToU), which refer to it. In accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence, we inform you clearly that, when you use the relevant features of the Platform, you are interacting with artificial intelligence systems and that the content produced by these features (texts, analyses, recommendations, images, messages) is generated by artificial intelligence.

Art.2

Which model providers do we use?

The artificial intelligence features of the Platform rely on models supplied by third-party providers, which we access directly or through the OpenRouter routing service. As of the date of this notice, the model providers are the following:

  • Anthropic (United States): text generation models;
  • OpenAI (United States): text and image generation models;
  • Google (United States): text generation models;
  • OpenRouter (United States): routing service providing access to the above models through a single interface.

This list may change depending on our technical choices. The version in force is the one published on this page. Details of the safeguards applicable to data transfers are set out in our privacy policy.

Art.3

What is the nature of generated content?

Content produced by artificial intelligence features is generated probabilistically, based on the information you provide and the data of the models. As a result, it may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, even when it appears plausible and confident. It may also reflect biases present in the training data of the models. This content constitutes proposals and starting points for your work: it does not constitute verified facts.

Art.4

What human oversight is required?

Content generated by the Platform must be reviewed, verified and validated by you before any use, decision or distribution. You remain solely responsible for the use you make of generated content, in particular its accuracy, its legality and its suitability for your situation. The Platform is an assistance tool: it does not replace your judgment, nor that of qualified professionals.

Art.5

Do the deliverables constitute advice?

No. The content and deliverables generated by the Platform (business plans, analyses, financial projections, recommendations, messages) are provided for information purposes and as an aid to reflection. Under no circumstances do they constitute legal, financial, accounting or investment advice, nor a personalized recommendation within the meaning of applicable regulations. For any binding decision, consult a qualified professional (lawyer, chartered accountant, financial advisor).

Art.6

What happens to your data sent to the models?

When you use an artificial intelligence feature, the data necessary for the processing (for example the elements of your project or your instructions) is transmitted to the model providers for the duration of the processing of your request. Our contracts with these providers are based on their professional API offerings: the data transmitted is not used to train their models. Details of the processing, retention periods and transfer safeguards are set out in our privacy policy.

Art.7

Limitations and error reporting

Despite the safeguards in place, no artificial intelligence technology guarantees an accurate, exhaustive or up-to-date result. If you notice an error, inappropriate content or unexpected behavior of an artificial intelligence feature, report it to our support at support@ember.do. These reports help us improve the Platform and correct identified limitations.
