02What exactly does my commission apply to, and for how long?
Your commission applies only to eligible Ember subscriptions actually collected, for up to 36 months per referred customer, as long as they stay subscribed. It’s calculated excluding taxes, discounts, refunds, failed payments, additional AI credits, variable consumption, services, setup fees, marketplace, specific engagements and custom offers. Additional AI credits aren’t commissioned since they size real usage and keep the variable costs of agentic AI under control.
03Can the terms change?
Ember may evolve its offers, prices, plans and billing models. Commissions apply to eligible subscriptions under the program terms in force at the time of conversion.
04Can I use my own visuals and messages instead of the ones provided?
Yes, you fully keep your voice and your style. The provided resources are a starting point, not an obligation, in line with the Ember brand.
