Conflicting account data: an enrichment source identifies a large company while a referral names a smaller subsidiary. Do not overwrite one with the other. Keep both entities, record the suspected relationship and ask which legal or operating unit owns the problem. Qualification should wait if that answer changes fit or contact rights.
